Most decor items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces may take 7-14 business days to arrive depending on your location and the selected delivery service.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Matchbox ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
